Hello! I’m Andre, and I’ve worked as a bicycle mechanic since 1999. I’ve helped the pedicab industry, as a manager/mechanic, in Boston since 2006, after my time as a NAVY Airman. I hold an associates degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, that I earned and financially supported in my early thirties. I have over 25 years of root cause analysis experience, and have served as an e-bike service consultant at several Boston-area bicycle shops.
