1. What if the repair can’t be completed?

If your mechanic can’t complete the repair for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund through Stripe.

2. How are mechanics selected?

We vet every mechanic before onboarding. They must go through an interview process and are trained by the Niko Network to ensure they meet Niko’s repair quality standards.

3. Can I choose my mechanic?

You’ll be matched with the best available mechanic based on your vehicle type, location, and issue. If you prefer another mechanic from our network, you can submit a new repair request through the website.

4. What’s included in the price?

The quoted price covers labor, transportation, parts (if needed), and Niko’s service guarantee. The full breakdown is visible on the invoice before you pay.​​​

​

1. How do I get repair jobs?

Once approved, you’ll start receiving repair requests in your area. Accept the jobs that fit your schedule — the faster you respond, the higher your Priority Score.

2. When do I get paid?

You’re paid immediately after the repair is confirmed complete by the customer or Niko Repairs. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

3. How does the payment flow work?

Niko collects the customer’s payment upfront and holds it in escrow. After you complete the job and it’s approved, we release your payout automatically.

4. Are there penalties for cancellations?

Yes. Canceling after accepting a job may lower your Priority Score and limit job offers. Consistency is rewarded on our platform.​
